Prela Limited specializes in building and supplying optimally configured Personal computers to consumers and businesses. All of our computers are built using only quality components and are fully upgradeable.

Here at Prela, we pride ourselves on our customer service and attention to detail. If our customer is not happy, then we're not happy and will do our best to fix it. For this reason, all of our products including Prelas own build computers give an option to review the item purchased, and there are several ways to contact us. You can even use remote assistance features in windows to allow us to diagnose and in many cases rectify any of your computer problems remotely without needing to return the item.

All of the Prela own brand computers use the best quality branded components to ensure satisfaction. We have systems in place to help ensure that all components used in the computer work at the optimal speed, e.g. ensuring that speed of the memory works at the fastest supported FSB speed of the processor, and that these are also supported by the motherboard.

At Prela, we want your computer systems to work straight out of the box, but understand that some of you want to do the work yourselves. For this reason, we offer options of computers both with and without operating systems. If you order a computer with an operating system, you can be sure that the computer has been fully configured to ensure it works at it's optimum.

Prela also supply quality components for your computer and we can give advice for upgrading your PC to keep it up to date. If you require any info, please contact us using any of the available methods and we will be happy to help.

All items sold by us are covered by a 1 year back to base warranty. Because of the quality of the items that we supply, many manufacturers warranty periods are greater than this with some being as long as 3 years.
