In addition to the supply of quality computers and components, Prela can also help you if you have a problem with your PC.

If you have a minor software problem, we could help you solve it without even needing to see your PC. In many cases, we can use the tools built in to Windows to remotely access your PC and determine the fault.

If your computer is running slowly or you have the dreaded blue screen of death, we can use our diagostic tools to quickly identify the problem. We can then quickly repair the problem for you at minimum cost and without any unnecessary component changes.

We invest in the best diagnostic equipment because we believe in doing things right first time. If we can fix a problem quickly and reliably, it costs us less, costs you less, and ultimately ensures that we get more business through recommendations.

In some cases it may be necessary for us to see the computer in order to diagnose and repair it. We can come out to you at your home or business anywhere in the Castleford, Leeds, Pontefract and Wakefield areas. We charge a nominal fee to come to your premises. Otherwise, you can drop the PC off at our premises for us to investigate the problem, subject to prior appointment.

Commercial Services

We can tailor support contracts to your specific needs. We can arrange fixed cost support so that you know up front how much it will cost you, or we can provide a discounted rate to businesses on a case by case basis, or a fixed price per repair including parts.
