Returns Policy

All items sold by Prela are covered by the distance selling regulations 2000. Full details of these regulations are given on the Office of fair trading website.

You have the right to cancel any purchase for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product.*

If the item received is faulty, the return will be at the expense of Prela limited. If the return is because the item is no longer required, then the return postage is to be paid by the purchaser. 

Before returning an item, Please fill in the returns authorisation form in order to get a returns authorisation. This will ensure that the matter is dealt with quickly.

* Software packages can not be cancelled once the item has been opened.
